Our Foundation

At A Papa's Hand, we believe it to be important to share the meaning behind the "hand" in our name.  We are a Christian-based organization, therefore recognizing the word of God as our instructions for living. The following scriptures identify the "hand" to which our name refers:

John 10:28-30
"And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. I and my Father are one."".

Jeremy is no longer with us, but to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Toni finds joy in knowing this and prays that every parent that has experienced a similar loss will discover the same joy.

Romans 8:34-37
"It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us."

Hebrews 12:2
"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."

"He has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, with angels, authorities, and powers subject to him."

 As a mother, Toni watched Jeremy (Papa) extend a helping hand to as many as he could (especially children); as she watched him she saw the light of Christ in him. During her time of reflection, now that he is gone, these scriptures help to encourage and remind her of the blood connection through Christ who is seated at the right hand of the Father. Jeremy (Papa) has a seat right next to Christ. Joy, unspeakable joy!!!

​Here at A Papa's Hand we are continuing to let the light of Christ shine by extending our (right) hand to help one person/family at a time.
